Return Eligibility:

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Items damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items received.

Conditions for Return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14-30 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • All return requests are subject to approval.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.

Return Authorization:

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly label your return package with the RA number.

Refund or Exchange Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference. And all refunds will be processed with in 7-14 working days after you have succesfully filled  the refund form.

Exchange Option:

  • Exchange requests will be fulfilled based on product availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Consumable items (e.g., memory cards, batteries) once opened.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.

Warranty and Reclaim Card:

Warranty Coverage:

  • Gadgetria provides a 12-month warranty on all products.
  • Warranty coverage is activated by registering the product with the Reclaim Card within 30 days of purchase.

Reclaim Card:

  • The Reclaim Card, included with each order, serves as both a warranty card and a means to reclaim warranty benefits.
  • The warranty will be void if third-party repairs are conducted.

Exchange for Different Product:

Product Exchange:

  • To exchange for a different product, follow the standard return process.
  • Place a new order for the desired product separately.

Additional Notes:

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

Final Approval:

  • All returns are subject to final approval by our quality control team at Gadgetria.
