How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization:
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly label your return package with the RA number.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference. And all refunds will be processed with in 7-14 working days after you have succesfully filled the refund form.
Exchange Option:
- Exchange requests will be fulfilled based on product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

Warranty and Reclaim Card:

- Gadgetria provides a 12-month warranty on all products.
- Warranty coverage is activated by registering the product with the Reclaim Card within 30 days of purchase.
Reclaim Card:
- The Reclaim Card, included with each order, serves as both a warranty card and a means to reclaim warranty benefits.
- The warranty will be void if third-party repairs are conducted.
Exchange for Different Product:
Product Exchange:
- To exchange for a different product, follow the standard return process.
- Place a new order for the desired product separately.
Additional Notes:
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Final Approval:
