Return Policy
Defective on Arrival (D.O.A)
- Products found defective on arrival can be returned for exchange within 7 days for online purchases. Items must be in their original condition. If goods have been used or found to be damaged by the user, no exchange will be provided.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.
Damage in Delivery
- If there is damage to the package or missing merchandise, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately. This allows us to issue a damage claim with the carrier.
- Please do not return your order without these steps, as it may delay the replacement or credit issuance.
Missing Items
