Step-by-Step Guide on How to Order on Website


Step 1: Add Items to Your Cart

  1. Browse through the products and choose the item(s) you want to buy.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the product.
  3. Once all desired items are in your cart, click on the Cart Icon or View Cart to proceed.

Step 2: Review Your Order

  1. On the cart page, ensure all items are correct.
  2. Click the “Checkout” button to begin the order process.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

  1. Fill in your information on the checkout page:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Shipping Address

Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method

Select a payment method:

  1. Bank Transfer

    • Select Bank Transfer from the payment options.
    • Complete your order, and a Generated Order Number will be shown.
    • Use this Order Number as your Payment Reference during your bank transfer.
  1. Credit/Debit Card

    • Select Credit/Debit Card as your payment method.
    • In case you do not see the credit card payment option, kindly use the payment link provided to proceed with your order.

Step 5: For Resellers

  1. Upload your invoice at checkout and enter your 6-digit reseller code.
  2. Make payment following the same process via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.

For Manual Payment please make your payment

Step 6: Complete Your Payment

  • If you chose Bank Transfer:
    Ensure you use the Generated Order Number as the payment reference when making the transfer.

  • If you chose Credit/Debit Card:
    Proceed to enter your

  • Order Amount

  • Order Number starting with the #

  • Email

  • Card details
    As shown above and complete the payment.


Step 7: Upload Proof of Payment

Once payment is completed, upload the payment proof on the following page:

Step 8: Order Confirmation

  • Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your order details.
  • Orders without successful payment will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.
