How to Register:

  2. Essential Details Required: Include your product details, purchase date, and reclaim card number.

Reclaim Card Number: The reclaim card number is crucial for validating and maintaining your warranty with Gadgetria. Ensure its accuracy during the registration process.

Authorized Repairs: To maintain your warranty, all repairs and replacements must be performed by Gadgetria’s authorized service centers. Using third-party services will void your warranty.

Submission: Complete the registration form and submit it along with a copy of your purchase invoice and reclaim card to Gadgetria’s Service Center within 30 days of purchase.

Gadgetria’s Best Effort Service: While warranty services are primarily managed by the manufacturer/distributor, Gadgetria offers a Best Effort Service to support our customers. If you opt for us to send your equipment for warranty service, please note:

  • Transport Charges: Customers are responsible for transportation costs incurred in sending the equipment to the manufacturer/distributor.

  • Cost Incurred: All costs associated with warranty service, including fees from the manufacturer/distributor, are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Waiting Period: While we strive for efficient service, the waiting period is subject to the policies of the respective service centers. Gadgetria does not guarantee a specific timeframe for warranty service completion.

Warranty Coverage:

  • 12-Month Warranty + Free 3-Month Service: Full body coverage for the specified period, with free service within the first 3 months from the purchase date. Retain your warranty card for reference.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Accessories: Items such as batteries, chargers, AC adapters, cables, flash tubes, modeling lamps, and locking mechanisms are not covered by the warranty.

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, breakage, firmware or software issues, and inappropriate usage are not covered.

  • Free Gift or Bundle Accessories: Any free gifts or bundled accessories provided with the purchase are not covered under the warranty.
