Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Carrier: Refers to our Same Day Delivery Service, including any third-party sub-contractor appointed by us.
  • Customer: The person or entity that engages our services upon selecting the delivery option during checkout.

2. General

2.a. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
2.b. We are not a common carrier, and customers accept the carriage of purchased goods under these Terms and Conditions.
2.c. Same Day Delivery Service is only applicable to purchases made through the Gadgetria Online Store.


3. Purchase Time Period

3.a. We will dispatch items for Same Day Delivery once payment verification is completed.
3.b. Cut-off time for Same Day Delivery eligibility is 3:00 PM daily.
3.c. Same Day Delivery is unavailable on Public Holidays and Sundays.


4. Delivery

4.a. Items will be dispatched after payment verification is confirmed, provided orders are placed before the 3:00 PM cut-off time.
4.b. We may partner with other couriers if Same Day Delivery is not applicable for the stated address.
4.c. We reserve the right to assign alternative couriers if agents are unavailable to fulfill an order.
4.d. Deliveries are restricted to Residential and Workplace Addresses only.
4.e. Orders placed on Public Holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be delivered on the next business day.
4.f. In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, acts of God, civil unrest), we reserve the right to use alternative couriers. Delivery may not qualify as "Same Day Delivery" in such cases.
4.g. Payment must be made in full during checkout for the order to be processed and delivered.


5. Undelivered or Unclaimed Goods

5.a. If items cannot be delivered, we may assign a partnered courier, which could result in a delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days.
5.b. If delivery fails on a second attempt, we reserve the right to resell the items. Customers must contact us for further arrangements.


6. Cancellation

6.a. Both customers and we have the right to cancel Same Day Delivery. Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp at +6011 2865 8369 before the scheduled delivery time (refer to Clause 3.a).


7. Loss and Damage

7.a. We shall not be held liable for any loss, mis-delivery, or damage caused by:

  • 7.a.a. Acts of God;
  • 7.a.b. War, invasion, rebellion, or similar events;
  • 7.a.c. Seizure or forfeiture under legal authority;
  • 7.a.d. Riots, civil commotion, or strikes;
  • 7.a.e. Failure by the customer to accept delivery within a reasonable time;
  • 7.a.f. Other unforeseen events outside our control.

8. Fraud

We are not liable for purchases involving fraud on the part of the customer or the owner of the purchased items. If fraud is suspected, we will:

  • File a police report,
  • Contact the customer,
  • Follow necessary legal protocols
